Everyone is always welcoming and the hygienist is super nice

The Smile Center in Mobile has a very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient staff. The building is always super clean and sterile.

First off I was greeted by a nice receptionist! After she took me on a tour of the facility she then gave me a goody bag! Everybody was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. ! I was give a treatment plan on upcoming services I plan to get and compared to local dentist they were much cheaper! My experience with Dr White was even better! I recommend them for anybody needing a dentist! You won’t regret you chose the Smile Center!

If there is one place I hate to be it’s the dentist’s office. That being said Dr White and his incredible staff are wonderful. Everyone is always so kind and professional. If you are in need of a great dentist do yourself a favor and make an appointment today.

Dr. White has been my sister and nephew's dentist for a few years. Yesterday, I was the patient for the first time and it was such a pleasant experience. I felt so welcome and peaceful. Even though I've been there multiple times as a caregiver, I received the full VIP treatment that they give to all their new patients. I had the comprehensive visit really as a second opinion thinking I needed an extraction. Dr. White determined that my tooth could be repaired rather than extracted. What a relief! He and his hygientist explained everything so well. He actually explained things that my current dentist didn't. Needless to say, I'm switching to Dr. White. My nephew who has Down's Syndrome also sees Dr. White. I love the care and attention they give him. They're just as respectful and professional with him as with their other patients. The office is always clean and inviting. The office staff are always courteous and professional. They seem to be current and knowledgeable on treatments and the equipment is up to date. We've never had a bad visit. Jason has had tooth extractions, fillings and cleanings without any distress. Dr. White always has a smile and has a very gentle touch. I also love their attitude of service to the community. They're currently collecting toys for Christmas.

This is actually Sherry Liles (elmer christophers wife).The staff are amazing and friendly. Dr. White was great too. I felt very welcomed. They also help with boys and girls clubs and toys for tots. If you bring in $10 of toys for toys for tots your consultation is free. They even give gifts to new patients. I was worried at first but they made me feel comfortable than any dentist office ever has.

Ever since I started going to see Dr Alex White at the smile center and his wonderful helpful people in his office I've had nothing but the best experiences and they listen to you and talk with you. I was having really bad broken off teeth and they had to help me get them extracted and dentures designed and I had like three tries with it: first I had an upper plate done while I still have my lower teeth and then I had a complete set uppers and lowers in small teeth which made my face look smaller and more drawn, and wrinkles much more on my face, and finally a third set made with big wide white and beautiful teeth that look like my own natural smile.

Nice and clean. The lady who assisted me was very kind and knowledgeable. In fact everyone there is very nice. They are extremely busy and over booked. I waited for the Dr. White for quite a while, then was told he was too busy to see me. I already don't like dentist in general. Some one that busy makes me nervous about the quality of work they can do at that capacity.

I actually get excited about going to the dentist now!!!! In the past I would hate it! I would cancel appointments and only go for yearly cleanings or when a tooth would give me problems. At the Smile Center I embrace going because there the staff and doctors are truly concerned about my oral health and that’s very important to me! They take their time and assess me and my oral plan and are very open and honest about my choices and options for a better smile and oral health. They don’t press to sell you anything and I love that about them. Today I got the fluoride treatment because I wanted it and that’s what I love about going there! So if you decide to go and give them a try prepare to be embraced with a professional atmosphere and an experienced staff that will take care of you from start to finish! Great service, wonderful comfort while at the office. They have a board of products you can ask for whilst getting any sort of procedure done. And for those sitting in the Front they can get coffee, tea, or hot chocolate from a keurig. The customer service is wonderful, workers are patient and happy to help. Any denial issues I promise this is the place to go!

The atmosphere is very calming. Everyone seems to enjoy working at Smiles. I love how they explain each and every step. Dr. White is very gentle and reassuring. My visits were practically painless. What else can I say other than, if I can get dental work done with the least amount of pain, I will be back.

My first time at Smile Center was wonderful. The Secretary gave me an excellent tour of the place and introduced me to the staff. told me about the community program that they are involved with, Dr. White is an awesome guy. He received his education in Oklahoma and he is military. X-rays are much more, technically advanced very amazing. You will have a one on one with your hygienic assistant. After which Dr. White comes in to follow-up and you'll receive your plan of care. In which, the prices are very economical for those on a budget. The best part about it all . You get great treatment, care, service, and free gift. Along with a welcome letter it's the best place to go in keeping your beautiful smile great atmosphere with great people .

Expensive place to have work done without insurance. I like the dental assistants but the dentist always seems rushed and is rough. They’ve done decent work on my teeth but I probably wouldn’t recommend them.

I was very pleased with my visit. Add a new patient, I thought I might have a long wait but it was only a few minutes. Had filled out all health forms ahead of time so just went right in. Jennifer, the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. All procedures were explained as well as fees. This was my third visit and i am still very pleased. Everything is explained before it happens so i know what to expect. Love the team!

I am 69 years old and going to the dentist is the scariest, hardest thing I have to do in life, I have tried to be calm , stress free and not worry about my dental visits but I can’t help it I am usually terrified of going to the dentist. This visit was different for some reason. Wish I knew the names of these employees As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly young lady. She was courteous and very knowledgeable about her job. I In fact every one there was friendly, courteous and knew their jobs. When Dr. White came in the room it was like icing on the cake. He made me feel right at home and I’ll be glad to come back to see him. I want to thank them all for making my visit so pleasant.

I had an appt on Monday & Ms. Scott gave me a tour, introduced me to other staff members. The wait was short, called me to the back, did my x-rays etc. They offered me an appt for the very next day to extract my tooth. Dr. Alex White was extremely courteous and talked me through my procedure and made it almost painless. If you have an issue in which you require an orthodontist, the Smile Center should be your first call.

Everyone at the Smile Center is kind and welcoming. They really make what can be an anxious thing into a relaxed visit. Highly recommend!

First let me tell you how I felt as though I been knowing everyone in this office forever and it was my first visit. They take you on a tour of the facility before your appointment which helped me because I deal with anxiety so doing this helped me to get comfortable. Dr. White IS a AWESOME dentist he talk to you normal, laughs and joke with you. He KNEW I was nervous because I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years, but he said he was very pleased with how I've taken care of my teeth and to keep doing what I was doing. Nice atmosphere Dr. White, has been my dentist since the Broad st location. Todays visit was a little complicated because I didn't have my dentist card present. Two staff members couldn't find info in the past there's never been an issue. I meet the newest staff member to so polite and out going I hate I didn't get her name.

The staff is always wonderful and makes me feel special every visit!! She even was singing Happy Birthday to me!! Dr. White stopped what he was about to do to engage in a conversation with me! I work at a very large bank and this is how I ask my staff to treat our clients! Now I know how those clients feel…cared for and truly appreciated!! Thank you so much for everything that you do!!

The staff is very friendly. I was given a tour of the facility and a goody bag. The hygienist was very thorough. Before in any care was done there was a get to know you session with the care giver and Dr. White. We had a good time with that.

Dr Riley did a great job fixing my sons tooth. It was chipped bad and now it looks like it was never gone. It definitely recommend her for cosmetic work. She also saved me from a lot of pain when she took out my wisdom tooth.

Very happy with the service here. Friendly and outgoing staff especially to Dr. Riley and the male hygienist (I can’t remember his name). They both calmed me down while I was as freaking out and experiencing anxiety. The front staff was also helpful and explained pricing well. Procedure for tooth extraction was fast and not painful and prescribed medication worked for the pain. This dental office is a major improvement from my previous one.

This is the nicest dental 🦷 office. I’ve always gotten in and out for teeth cleanings and the dentist has been prompt when I’ve had fillings. I got to see Dr Riley, the new dentist. She is kind and her exam was thorough. I experience anxiety surrounding dentist visits and the dentist and staff have made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Highly recommended the Smile Center team, they’re amazing! They make you feel very comfortable while in the office and during procedures. I had a previous crown fall out from a different dentist. Dr. White and his team have done everything they can to make things right and minimize my pain.
