Let’s just say I wasn’t expecting the treatment that I received yesterday . To be honest not sure what I was going to expect, but from the time I arrived and was greeted with nice lady Kim . Whom took me on a tour around the office which I thought was super cool. Dr Alex white ,Tina, Brittany were simply phenomenal thank you guys so much !!!!!

I had a great experience here! The staff was so nice and the dentist was super friendly and informative Ms.Jennifer took such good care of me she answered all of my questions and did a great job of taking care of my teeth. Just an update, I got a cavity filled as well, and they told me I had two, turns out it was just a defect in my tooth, not a cavity so they didn’t do the second filling. Very glad the dr caught it.

My 1st initial call for an appointment was Great, the hygienist asked me too many personal questions, the examine was fine. My dentist evaluation was Good. Upon checking out was terrible she wouldn't give me an appointment for Root Canal until I paid half my amount of $880. Is $440., the receipt wasn't an office receipt with two letters RT, and her 1st name., my appointment given 4 mos later. She was evil, not nice at all., I want my $440., back to get an earlier appointment, said if I had pain I'd have to call for antibiotics., I'm not happy at all., no referral because of her rudeness. I want no dealing with that young girl, I had to drive back around to get a copy of my paperwork. This really sadden me and disappointed.

Every visit the whole staff is wonderful. This visit my appointment was at 430. I waited a while untill staff asked was I waiting on someone. A mistake was made. They thought the appointment was 450. It was corrected immediately. A day early birthday present. $30 credit and a Starbucks gift card. U GUYS ROCK. Oh and my partial look and feel amazing

Marie was great, thanks for cleaning but I guess I might as well get blocked here as well, I am a diabetic, having tooth pain and I can’t be seen until March., but when it came time for a pricey procedure it only took 2/3 days to get in, I have been in pain for 3 weeks now and nobody seem to care about my well being and it’s sad but of course they will delete this message as well, they only want you to see the nice reviews, now I gotta abscess now and nobody cares omg

Dr White and his staff are amazing. It’s easy to be transparent on how you feel concerning your dental needs. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and I actually was losing up on the health of my teeth and gum. They took x-rays, explained everything and made a plan. I left feeling hopeful and excited.

Dr. White is so friendly and a good doctor! He just saw my husband today and did my 1 year olds first appointment. Their staff is very friendly also. The only thing I have to say negative is that the original appointment i made did not show up in their system although they were able to work 1 of my children in. The hygienist and the Doctor explained things to me in a way I could understand and showed me my problem areas that they will be putting a plan together to get me to a healthier set of gumbs and teeth. My first time at Smile Center was wonderful. The Secretary gave me an excellent tour of the place and introduced me to the staff. told me about the community program that they are involved with, Dr. White is an awesome guy. He received his education in Oklahoma and he is military. X-rays are much more, technically advanced very amazing. You will have a one on one with your hygienic assistant. After which Dr. White comes in to follow-up and you'll receive your plan of care. In which, the prices are very economical for those on a budget. The best part about it all . You get great treatment, care, service, and free gift. Along with a welcome letter it's the best place to go in keeping your beautiful smile great atmosphere with great people .

Update: Holiday eats and treats are saved! For those familiar with crowns, it can take some time to adjust to and occasionally you may need the fit to be adjusted. I called the office early in the week; got a complimentary appointment for the fix by the end of the week. Marie (I believe that is her name) helped me. She was a pleasure, professional and effective. I can chew on both sides again, LOL. Also, I cannot say enough about ALL the staff. I believe they genuinely care that you have a good experience. Follow up on my crown repair today and I can’t say enough good about Dr. White and his team. Anna was the assistant today and was so comforting. My Visit today with Mrs. Lundry, She was Professional, prompt, kind and explained every detail thoroughly, describe with pictures, diagram and took her time out to explain to me the importance of gum disease. I am 69 years old and going to the dentist is the scariest, hardest thing I have to do in life, I have tried to be calm , stress free and not worry about my dental visits but I can’t help it I am usually terrified of going to the dentist. This visit was different for some reason. Wish I knew the names of these employees As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly young lady. She was courteous and very knowledgeable about her job. I In fact every one there was friendly, courteous and knew their jobs. When Dr. White came in the room it was like icing on the cake. He made me feel right at home and I’ll be glad to come back to see him. I want to thank them all for making my visit so pleasant.

It was my first visit and in all my years of going to many different types of doctors I have never received such a warm welcome and made to feel so appreciated and valued. I have not stopped telling friends and family members about Dr. White and his staff.

Ever since I started going to see Dr Alex White at the smile center and his wonderful helpful people in his office I've had nothing but the best experiences and they listen to you and talk with you. I was having really bad broken off teeth and they had to help me get them extracted and dentures designed and I had like three tries with it: first I had an upper plate done while I still have my lower teeth and then I had a complete set uppers and lowers in small teeth which made my face look smaller and more drawn, and wrinkles much more on my face, and finally a third set made with big wide white and beautiful teeth that look like my own natural smile.

The quality of care was awesome. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

The Smile Center in Mobile has a very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient staff. The building is always super clean and sterile.

First off I was greeted by a nice receptionist! After she took me on a tour of the facility she then gave me a goody bag! Everybody was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. ! I was give a treatment plan on upcoming services I plan to get and compared to local dentist they were much cheaper! My experience with Dr White was even better!
